i don't feel creative anymore. so i borrow these photos from matt's blog and put them in black and white because i can't stop looking at them. and they feel the same without color.

the man with the movie camera

it's the cheapest version of los angeles: fake bedrooms looking in at fake people in front of a camera.  inhuman, and desolate.

a shadow of light...or maybe its just darkness

have you ever heard of anything more insane to tell people, as they teach in film schools, to avoid shadows in the camera?

the photographer looks the same, even without the contrast.
